Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the PokéUna Griefer Database (hereinafter referred to as "this site"). By using this site, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

  • Posting false information
  • Acts that constitute slander or defamation against specific individuals
  • Posting personal information such as a player's real name, address, or phone number
  • Posting content that includes obscene, violent, or discriminatory expressions
  • Advertising or promotional acts for commercial purposes
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of this site (including but not limited to mass posting, scraping, access by automated tools/bots, excessive requests to APIs, unauthorized access to servers, or attacks such as DoS attacks)
  • Reproducing, reprinting, or redistributing the content posted on this site without permission
  • Any other acts that the administrator deems inappropriate

If a user violates any of the prohibited acts above and causes damages (including increased server/API costs) to this site or the administrator, the administrator may claim compensation from the user.

Article 3 (Copyrights and Licensing)

  1. Copyrights to text, images, and other content posted by users on this site (hereinafter referred to as "Posted Content") belong to the user who posted them.
  2. Users grant the administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use (including reproduce, modify, publicly transmit, adapt, and secondarily use) the Posted Content for the purpose of operating, displaying, improving, and promoting this site.
  3. Users shall not exercise moral rights regarding the Posted Content against the administrator or third parties designated by the administrator.
  4. Even if a user deletes the Posted Content or leaves the site, the license granted in the preceding paragraph for the Posted Content already published on this site shall survive.

Article 4 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Reproduction)

  1. Without the prior written consent of the administrator, reproducing, reprinting, scraping, redistributing, accumulating in a database, or otherwise secondarily using all content posted on this site (including Posted Content, designs, logos, codes, etc.) is prohibited.
  2. In the event of a violation of this article, the administrator may take legal action such as injunctions and claims for damages against the violator.

Article 5 (Content Management)

Users are solely responsible for the content they post. The administrator does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of the posted content. If inappropriate content is found, the administrator may delete it without notice.

Article 6 (Inquiries)

If a request for deletion of information posted on this site is made by the person in question or someone with legitimate rights, the administrator will confirm the content and take appropriate action. Please submit deletion requests via the Contact Page.

Article 7 (Service Changes/Suspension)

The administrator may change the content, temporarily suspend, or terminate this site without prior notice.

Article 8 (Modification of Terms)

The administrator may modify these terms as necessary. The modified Terms of Service will become effective when published on this page.
